CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to Cancel or Reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to inform another client on the wait-list of any availability and allows our stylists to adjust their schedule accordingly.
If your appointment is no showed, or cancelled the day of appointment, there is a 50 % cancellation fee of the service that was booked. This fee will be charged to the card on file or need to be paid prior to booking your next appointment.

As a courtesy, the salon will send out a reminder text message 24hrs prior to your appointment to confirm. If the salon cannot reach you, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.
